Because your food travels frozen the whole way. Frozen food can't sit at room temperature without losing quality and, over time, growing bacteria. So we freeze every product at peak freshness and move it using specialised cold-chain transport, straight from our kitchen to your freezer. That protects the taste, the texture and your safety, and it's the reason your order arrives exactly as we made it.
Not fully, and we'd rather tell you straight. Our meals contain no animal products and no synthetic additives, and every ingredient is chosen for purity and nutrition. We're also actively working towards fully GMO-free options, and we'll move there as our sourcing allows.
Not at the moment. Our current range contains gluten, so it isn't suitable if you're coeliac or avoiding gluten. We're developing a dedicated gluten-free range, and we'll announce it as soon as it's ready.
